He is also the founder of Have Clippers Will Travel, which provides hair cuts to those shut in at nursing home facilities, community shelters, and so much more.

In this episode, we talk about how the Black barbershop has always played a key role in mentoring Black men. He shares with us on this episode that it is more than just cutting hair. He is the extended family to some of the young men growing up, from helping them figure out life situations to hearing about their accomplishments.

Rich dives into the changes in family dynamics, male support in the home and how technology is impacting even the local barbershop community. Dive into this episode and just listen to the impact he is having around the young and old generations that come to his shop.
